At April 12th Schiphol airport was lucky to host a parkingspot for this United States Air National Guard C-40C Clipper. The Clipper flew from Krakow, Poland direct to Schiphol with callsign “Boxer42” to stay three days and then left into the skies again on April 14th.
The C-40C with serial “02-0203” belongs to the 201 Airlift Squadron from the District of Columbia Air National Guard unit. The 201st Airlift Squadron provides short notice worldwide transportation for the Executive Branch, Congressional Members, Department of Defense officials and high-ranking U.S. and foreign dignitaries using three C-40C aircrafts.
